Tintype got its start when we were offered a ton of this Certified Organic and Biodynamic fruit grown in the cool end of Anderson Valley. We have been fortunate to continue working with our friends and biodynamic gurus Stephanie and Chris who, with their full time crew, farm some of the most beautiful fruit in the state. Since 2014 we have been steadily growing our production and refining our techniques to best express the magic of this vineyard.  Fermented on ambient yeasts for 15 days and gently pressed in our basket press into neutral french oak barrels. Bing cherry, cranberry, cedar and spice. Bottled with gravity, unfined and unfiltered.
